Nonprofit Salesforce Specialist

Stacy

Hi! I'm Stacy (she/her), and I stumbled into the Salesforce world in the most librarian way possible, completely by accident while pursuing my Master's at UNC.

I was studying Library Science and working for a nonprofit that used Salesforce when something clicked. I loved the puzzle of organizing information, connecting data in meaningful ways, and helping mission-driven teams work more efficiently. Salesforce influenced me so much that I became Admin and Nonprofit certified. (I still love libraries though; there's something magical about a well-organized system, whether it's books or databases.)

Now I specialize in helping nonprofits make the most of their Salesforce investment. What excites me most about this work is watching small teams with big missions gain hours back in their day. When a development director can finally pull a donor report without three workarounds, or a program manager can see their impact data visualized clearly for the first time, that's the good stuff. Nonprofits are doing essential work, often with minimal resources, and I love being the person who helps them work smarter so they can focus on what really matters.

Ram

I have spent over six years working in Salesforce, starting in sales operations and eventually leading Salesforce as a Director. During that time, I have worked with early stage startups, growing companies, and large organizations, including managing Salesforce for an e-commerce business generating over one hundred million dollars in revenue. I have seen what works at every stage of growth and just as importantly what tends to break as companies scale.

Today, I focus on what I enjoy most, helping businesses get the fundamentals right. After working with complex systems and large teams, I am most excited about building simple, reliable Salesforce setups that support how teams actually sell and operate. I believe Salesforce should create clarity, help teams focus on the right priorities, and make performance easier to understand, not add confusion or overhead.

My work centers on clean data, clear KPIs, and reporting that leaders can trust. I help businesses turn Salesforce into a tool that answers real questions like how the business is performing, where opportunities are getting stuck, and what to focus on next. When Salesforce works well, decisions are faster, teams are aligned, and revenue becomes more predictable.

I enjoy watching the moment when everything clicks for a team and Salesforce finally feels useful instead of frustrating. My working style is focused, direct, and collaborative, with an emphasis on practical solutions, repeatable processes, and removing unnecessary steps wherever possible.

Outside of work, I live as a slow traveling digital nomad and work from wherever I happen to be. I enjoy being outdoors, learning about new cultures, and have hiked twenty eight national parks and lived in five different countries. That balance of structure and curiosity shows up in how I work and how I help businesses grow.

A Few Things About Us

Life partners, work partners. Ram and Stacy have been together for 11 years, married for 5. What started as a life partnership naturally extended into work. It turns out, when you're both passionate about organized data and genuinely enjoy collaborating, building a business together just makes sense.

We work from everywhere. As digital nomads, we slow-travel through the world, spending up to three months at a time in different countries. This means we're flexible with time zones and genuinely mean it when we say we can work around your schedule, whether you're in San Francisco or Singapore.

Nature is our reset button. We've explored 28 US national parks (and counting), and you'll often find us hiking a new trail, paddleboarding on a quiet lake, or simply sitting outside with our morning coffee. For us, getting outside isn't just a hobby; it's how we stay grounded and present.

Our philosophy is simple. Life is meant to be lived fully and intentionally. We believe in doing meaningful work, helping the people we can along the way, and creating space for joy, adventure, and connection. Whether we're optimizing your Salesforce instance or planning our next destination, we bring that same spirit of purpose and presence to everything we do.
